Prior to founding MARS C&A, Kader held several commercial positions with oil and gas operators and boutique consultancy firms in the United States and Europe. He has worked on energy and infrastructure projects across multiple continents over the last 18+ years.
In Kader's most recent role as Vice President of Strategy, he contributed to the strategy formulation, implementation, and business planning process of a large engineering and construction firm in the energy and infrastructure space.
Kader loves spending time with his family (including a very active teenage son and two dogs) and holds a bachelor's degree in Energy Management and International Business with a minor in Energy Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He has been proud to call Houston home for the last eight years.
