Nawaf Alhaddad is the Innovation and Technology Officer at Hawiyah NGL Plant, Aramco. He is leading the efforts to overcome business challenges and seize improvement opportunities through innovation and technology deployment, focusing on digital transformation capabilities. He is also empowering the workforce by managing the upskilling journey in digital capabilities. Prior to becoming the innovation and technology officer, Nawaf worked on various assignments in static equipment engineering, asset integrity management, change management, and operational excellence. Nawaf holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia. He is also a Professional Engineer (PE) in Thermal and Fluid Systems and a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
