Currently serving as a Vice President – Houston Market Leader for Novus Consulting, is serving a strategic role in the growth of the organization. Michael is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand market presence and increase market share, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention through effective account management and service delivery. Michael also leads and mentors a team of consultants and technical experts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
With close to two decades of experience in the industry, Michael has held pivotal roles at leading organizations, including DATAGRATION and Peloton Computer Enterprises where he managed a portfolio of over 100 clients, helping to drive strategic vision and technical strategy with for Peloton’s multiple SaaS-based operational product lines.
Known for his ability to navigate complex environments and deliver tangible results, Michael is an effective communicator who excels at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
In addition to his professional achievements, Michael is a family man and volunteer, he and his wife of 21 years Jennifer reside in the Houston area where they raised their three kids. Michael has also spent 13 years serving on the HLSR Calf Scramble Donors Committee as a coordinator helping to mentor and lead the annual rookie classes.
