Building a successful AI system requires time, but the process is also a journey full of choices. Instead of a typical slide deck, this session presents a case study as a visual story, using a “choose-your-own-adventure” format to explore the different paths a project can take. We will follow a team through a hypothetical AI use case, from start to finish. Along the way, we will explore how decisions about strategy, technology, and people can shape the result.
