James Stovall is a Partner at Workfast Consulting and a recognized leader in enterprise AI adoption. He advises organizations across industries on how to move from experimentation to practical, value driven use of artificial intelligence, focusing on aligning people, process, and technology to achieve measurable business outcomes. James spent a career advising clients including a decade at Deloitte, then managing large client relationships at Randstad. He advised large enterprises on technology strategy and transformation, working with clients such as Google, Amazon, Ciscos, Aflac, and Merck . He brings that experience to his current work helping organizations navigate the complexities of adopting and scaling AI. He is the founder of the Georgia AI Alliance (www.GeorgiaAI.org), a statewide community dedicated to advancing AI knowledge, collaboration, and responsible innovation across Georgia’s business and technology ecosystem. Through this work, he regularly convenes executives, practitioners, and policymakers to explore the real world implications of AI adoption. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the College of Computing Advisory Board. He brings a strong technical foundation to his advisory work, paired with deep experience guiding executive teams through transformation.
