James Stovall is a seasoned business advisor focusing on transformation, AI workforce strategies, and innovation. With over two decades of experience advising clients — including a decade of Human Capital consulting at Deloitte — James is known for his pragmatic, data-driven approach to solving complex organizational challenges. Most recently, he developed the AI / Future of Work offering for Randstad's Advisory practice. His clients have included top Fortune 100 clients to midmarket organizations.
James is a partner at Workfast Consulting where he focuses on three key areas:
1. AI and the Future of Work: Helping organizations in the age of AI to rethink operations and redesign work to meet the demands of the future, gaining a competitive edge. Transformations usually include AI adoption and building AI powered solutions and processes.
2. Workforce Optimization / Talent Acquisition / Talent Strategy / HR Analytics / Organization Design / Succession Management: Providing insights to optimize workforces for both immediate challenges and long-term success.
3. Innovation and Transformation: Leading digital transformations, tech adoption, leadership development, and change management initiatives.

A Georgia Tech Computer Science graduate, James serves on the GT College of Computing Advisory Board. He also shares market trends and insights on AI and the future of work on LinkedIn. Personally he is married with three kids, and is a scout Cubmaster in the Atlanta Area.
