She is a respected voice in the industry, serving as a Director on the Board of the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) and is an active member of several industry organizations including the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Women in Technology (WTS) and Professional Women Controllers (PWC).
