Misty Isaacs is currently the Sr. Director of Data & Analytics for Ascent Resources. She has a Bachelors and Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an Executive MBA from SMU. She has been in the Oil and Gas Industry for 20+ years serving in various operational and IT roles at ExxonMobil, Chesapeake Energy and now Ascent Resources. She is problem solver with a knack for translating business needs into technology driven solutions. She excels at driving large-scale technology transformations quickly by putting people and process first and using a combination of strategic and tactical skillsets, purposeful communication, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. She enjoys traveling with her husband and three kids in her spare time.
