Mr. Osborn has served as the VP & Chief Information Officer of Permianres since May 2024. Prior to that, he served as Chief Information Security Officer for Pioneer Natural Resources. Charles has 20+ years’ experience leading Information Technology teams for both E&P and Midstream companies. He is an active member of oil and gas IT community and an Alumni of the FBI Cybersecurity Academy. Mr. Osborn received his Master of Science in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University.
