Baron joined Encino as a CIO in August of 2018. Baron is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 20 years of successful leadership in software companies ranging from a mid-tier public company to early stage start-ups to "turn around" situations. Baron is responsible for driving Encino’s strategic technology vision, ensuring Encino’s ability to develop and deploy technology enables new drives business opportunities and company growth. Baron oversees all technology strategy, operations and execution across the company. Prior to his role as CIO, Baron ran or led software companies or groups within companies with specific responsibilities for sales, marketing, strategy and product direction for Saas technology platforms servicing financial, retail, and systems management vertical markets for such companies as RMS, Bancvue, S1 Corporation, Works, and Tivoli Systems.

Baron earned a B.A. in finance and M.B.A from the University of Texas.
