Jessica Hancock is an IT/OT Business Process Director for Data Management at Dow, where she has spent more than 14 years helping bridge operational technology, engineering, and business systems. In her current role, which she has held for the past 2.5 years, she focuses on data management and process leadership within a complex industrial environment. Her career reflects a strong blend of technical, operational, and business expertise, supported by a DBA, an MBA from Baylor University, and bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel and English Literature from SUNY Stony Brook. Before joining Dow, Hancock served for 6.5 years in the U.S. Navy as both a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate and Nuclear Officer. Since entering Dow in 2011 as an Instrumentation Lead, she has held a series of increasingly senior roles across project information management, business process management, engineering tool integration, digital manufacturing acceleration, and asset hierarchy leadership. Outside of her formal role, she is active in employee resource group leadership, serving on the WIN HDC Steering Team and as co-chair of the HDC Inclusion Council. Based in Katy and originally from New York, she is a Navy veteran, a leader in inclusion initiatives, and a proud wife and mother of five.
