Charles Kosa is Director of Technology at PBX, where he leads the technology strategy for an upstream oil and gas operator. A petroleum engineer and data scientist, he has spent his career integrating machine learning, advanced analytics, and AI into reservoir engineering, operations, and economic evaluation. Before PBEX, he held technical leadership roles at Maverick Natural Resources, Novi Labs, and Equinor, where he advised on more than $20 billion in business development across every major U.S. basin. He builds the data infrastructure and analytics workflows that turn oil and gas data into faster, better capital decisions. He holds a petroleum engineering degree from Texas A&M.
