My experience spans procurement portfolios exceeding $200M annually, enterprise supplier ecosystems representing $600M+ in spend, and more than $50M in negotiated savings and cost avoidance. I've had the opportunity to lead high-performing teams, manage global supplier relationships, and partner with executive leaders across Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Technology, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable business outcomes. My experience also includes leading procurement integration efforts during the ConocoPhillips acquisition of Marathon Oil, supporting global operations across North America, Norway, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea, and overseeing governance for enterprise contingent workforce programs supporting external workers through SAP Fieldglass.
