Mr. Gibson has 35+ years of global experience leading energy technology, software development, environmental services, research, and chemicals organizations. He has served as CEO of both public and private companies and is recognized for innovation both in technology and business. Notable companies where he has served as an officer and/or director include: Nauticus Robotics, BluWare, Landmark Graphics, Paradigm Geophysical, Tervita, Flotek, Parker Drilling, Northwest Biosolutions and Halliburton.  Mr. Gibson also led subsurface research for Chevron Corporation. He created and served as Chairman of Energy Technology for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company (“TPH”), an energy-focused investment bank headquartered in Houston. The group focused primarily on emerging technologies. He is currently a member of the University of Texas at
Austin’s Bureau of Economic Geology Visiting Committee and a director of the National Board of KickStart for Kids. He served on the Board of Trustees of Houston Baptist University and one term as Chairman. Mr. Gibson also serves as the Honorary Consulate for Kazakhstan for the State of Texas. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Earth Science from Auburn University, and a Master’s Degree in the same field of study from the University of Houston.
